My last diet i was doing
281g carbs 305g pro and 42g fat.
the cals were 2849
followed that for the past 3 weeks
time to make a change.

But because of my recent injury my source of cardio is less intense and i am doing much less moving around.

Should i up the cals somemore??? maybe in the neighborhood of 100 to 200 cals more.

i am weighing 194 as of today somehow. my diet has been constant. only cheat once the day of the injury and all that was was chick sand on wheat lettue tomato. nothing else on it. i dont' know where this upshift in weight has come from. diet has been the same i actually ate two days in the range of 2200 cals because of injury and time.

b\f checked one week ago. 192 at 10.8% neighborhood

W8s...are you still seeing progress on this regimen?Forget about the scale...are you seeing improvements in your physique? If you are still seeing progress than leave it alone,if you have stagnated than lets make some changes.Let me know.

i was still seeing progress on my last diet, yes. i felt stagnant for about a the week i got hurt. but i threw in an little more cardio and look leaner. my ankle is still messed up, but we will see with that. i have been doing the new diet for the last few days. it seems to be pretty good. so far. i got a question though. when you guys says well drop the carbs 25g next week to keep the process going. are you suggesting eliminating those cals or just changeing up my nutrient ratio.
thanks

At this point you could take out the 25 grams of carbs and replace it with 25 grams of protein, unless you truly feel stagnant. In that case just drop the carbs.
