durring contest prep leading from now up to the show. i am only taking. a multi vitamin and so isopure whey and milk thistle. along with one meal replacement. is there anything i should add in???? Thanks.

I usually take some L-Glutimine and Amino caps..The Glutimine Before bed, After waking up, and After my workout To help with Recovery. I take the Amino, usually Before bedtime and After waking up.

Are you taking any kind of fat burner?MM4 by Syntrax is a great adjunct to any thermogenic(or clen).Glutamine peptides is a great supplement,especially when dieting(as is HMB,but only during dieting).I think creatine is useful as well up until about a week out.There are more,depending on what non OTC supps you are taking. /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

This is good but I would add Glutimine for recovery and to keep your immune system up during the hardship of dieting. In addition I would take creatine up until a few weeks out just to avoid any water retention. Fat burners are also very importent and I wouldn't forget to do that right up to the day of the show.
I will normally do the following with preparing:
ECA
Glutimine
Creatine
muti-vitamin
vitamin C
Glucosimine Sulphate ( for the joints )
Either a pro-hormone or one of the
flavors of the month ( ie. methoxy-flavrone , zmass , etc)
It tends to add up to alot of pills each day but you get used to it. I know the ECA , creatine , and Glutimine help the precontest dieting but the rest I doubt do any tremendous improvements.

i am taking an otc eca
ripped fuel extreme or thermadrene. right now i am only taking one cap before morning workout. thats it on that. hmm so creatine would be useful too huh. well i am definatley gonna get glutamine and will consider creatine. thanks

t3 and hgh week 8.
