PA, mods, need Dyazide dosage

Im 18 days out of show. I should have some dyazide within 7-8 days. Stats: 5'7" 197 6-7%bf. Please help with dosage recommendations.

Dyazide:mix of 2 diuretic agents....hydrochlorthiazide and triamterene.One potassium sparing,triamterene,the other not.The effect of this drug can be noticed within an hour or so,with the peak effect hitting at about2-3 hours.I am very conservative when it comes to diuretics.My recommendation is one tab in the morning on W,TH,FRI.See what you look like on Sat. morning.If you look dry,than leave it alone.If not,than on more tab can be used.Just be careful,ok?Good luck!
