Right now I am having a really hard time giving up Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches...... they not only taste good and satisfy the sweet urge, but they are also filling. So now I am extra hungry with a sweet tooth.......... I have even started baking with peanut butter just so I can smell it and giving the baked goodies to my people at the office. If anyone wants a recipie for peanut butter brownies....I have a good one.......

Pork-roll egg and cheese, and I live down the block from a butcher who smokes his own coldcuts, and the smell of smoked meat and kielbasa drives me insane.

the first one I always miss is just plain old cheese, all kinds like mozzarella, gorgonzolla, feta, gouda......mmmh I am not on a strict diet now, so let me go to the f....
