I'm considering starting a Sheiko-style workout for me and my training partner, but I want to examine it as it was originally written... or as close to it as I can get. I know that Sheiko will address one of my training partner's biggest weakness and I'm ready for a change.
I know there's spreadsheets out there with all the different types of Sheiko workouts. I've found some that have one program on it or that I later find out has been altered from the original programs. Now, I don't expect that I'll get all the different workout designs and exactly as Sheiko himself wrote them, but... Is there a reliable spreadsheet that has virtually all the workout plans and is virtually unaltered (but still translated) that I can download?
(Ok, I know I haven't been posting too much lately. I hope that doesn't mean I won't get an answer to this question. I've been keeping tabs on some as a lurker, just haven't had an abundance of time to post. I hope that'll change in the future though.)
