wow, where ya been?
anyhow, if you been reading up on my posts, you'll know that diet becomes #1, training and cardio #2, and drugs #3 when it comes to importance to cutting....but you already know that.
i like to take the simple approach to anabolics during contest prep. winny, tren, test with arimidex, EQ, and primo would be my anabolics of choice for contest prep, switching to non-test substances 4 weeks out. the amounts are really up to you and are individual-preference based.
CUTTING AGENTS....
i don't use much of any T3, as i feel that one loses too much muscle on it to warrant its use. DNP is an enigma, so i have stayed away from it in the past, but am thinking of trying it on a weekly cycling, low dosage run. norephedrine, caffeine, and yohimbine are mainstays in my fat burners, and i am debating on oral vs. transdermal route for yohimbine. believe it or not, hydroxycitric acid is something you may want to invest in....basically prevents gluconeogenesis (carbs to fat). i also take plenty of good multivitamin/minerals, E, C, Garlic Oil, Glucosamine, and anything else that i feel would be beneficial.
DON'T FORGET THE MOST NEGLECTED DIETARY PROPONENT: WATER! 2-3 gallons a day /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
good to see the bigjay in the house!
