I just dont gop heavy as often, but I just hit a PR on 0 carbs 30 pounds lighter.

I do, but lighter and less often. My recovery slows a bit when I'm dieting.

As long as I can do something, I do. You are doing yourself a disservice yanking squats and deads from your program. Just adjust sets/reps/weights to how you feel.
