Hello. I was just curious as to which workout routines have given u the greatest size and strength in one. Sets ? Reps ? Exercises? I am sure this is a redundant question but i would love to hear from guys.

Natty - 2mo layoff b/c of illness
Full Body Workouts, 4x a week (8wks), then switching to 2 Full Body wkouts + Push Day + Pull Day
Cardio 3 - 4x a week.

im cruising right now on 250mg/week of test enan soo not too enhanced :D

i think i am going to give DC training a whirl. has anyone done this? any comments on it?

I'm using absolutely nothing, and have used nothing except for a grand total of 6 months out of the past 17 years.
I stick to what works best for me, so what I do hasn't changed in 17 years. Basically, I train 2 presses, 1 pull, and 1 squat progressively for 3-4 weeks in the 3-6 rep range . . . and use 1-2 pulls, some type of dumbell press, a biceps movement, and a triceps movement as assistance for 8-20 reps. I use different main lifts and different assistance after 3-4 weeks.
