I posted this in the other thread...but I don't think anyone saw it.
How do you guys feel about training the same body part 2x's in 1 day? Morning workout then coming back in the evening and doing it again. Have any of you done that? How did you train in the morning? i.e. heavy, light, moderate, high rep, low rep, etc. and how did you follow it up in the evening training?
I did this yesterday with back workout, hence part of the reason I posted this thread. I went in the morning (8am-ish) and didn't feel as though it was that great of a workout. I decided to go back around 7p and did the workout again, lighter, a bit more reps. today my back is cooked.

yes it's possible if you are careful about intensity and volume.

Could you imagine if she actually trained in that outfit on the regular? For all I know she does. Man, having some half-naked fitness star in the same room as you while you are training would be awfully distracting.
Anyways, I have never tried that for a prolonged period of time but now you have me interested. I say work it into your routine if you are willing to stick to the two-a-days for a while. I would be interested to hear how it works out.

Even if she weren't attractive, anybody wearing that little clothing would be distracting as hell. I now understand why the manager at my gym has asked me to put my pants back on so many times.

Alot of the more in shape women at my gym dress as provocative and even more provocative than that. Its really distracting you just have to look, considering what they wear they have to know people will look.

I don't see the benefit, and I see a lot of possible recovery issues.
