PA you can download adobe acrobat from here for free: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

There is no way of converting it from acrobat to word without a special plugin and I don't have it.

I tried copy & paste and it works but you must do page by page and there are 50 pages and it screws up the formatting so it's hard to read.

I will look for a plugin.
