Ladies....I have my first competition coming up September 22. I am currently using winny (refer to helga's cycle diary) anyway.......I need/want advise and feedback. When should I go off the winny? Should I roll over into something else before, during and after the show? What suggestions do you have for the Figure suit? Two piece or one? Where are some good resources to purchase the suits and shoes. Some resources I may already have but.....I would like to check out as many as possible. Also any tips on hair and make-up.......... gosh I know it is SO much! Thanks!!!

Have you used winny before? I've heard it's not good for women to take, too many side effects. Be careful /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks to whoever moved this here...I appreciate it! gotgreen, this is my first time for anything..... but I must say I really LIKE the winny!!!!! Yes, I am getting some sides, but nothing I cannot live with. It is worth the benefits I have been getting.

For figure competitions you have to have a 2 piece for pre-judging and a 1 piece for finals. You simply must know how to do 1/4 turns and carry yourself well!! Winny is great for some, but just be carefull and take it really slow. Anavar is a great choice...5-10mgs a day, maybe after your winny cycle, great for making you hard and for nice quality muscle..one of my favorites! Which show are you competing in? I am also competing on September 22. You didn't mention the dose or form of winstrol that you are using, and this info will help if I want to help you. If you are only doing figure, I don't think you want to do "too" much more to stack, but if your lacking some serious muscle a mix of Deca/Winstrol/Test can work wonders. Or you can try Anavar/Primobolan/Winstrol or Anavar/Primobolan/Clenbuterol/Cytomel...

Are you pretty tight and muscular now? or do you have a long way to go? That is just under eight weeks away, so give me some feedback, and maybe I can help...

I am not sure of CJ's exact site address, but she makes great suits. She is in Florida, and if you send her your stats, pictures, and goal weight, she will make wonderful suits... She will pick the colors if she can see what you look like, and if she knows you don't have a clue. I think it is www.maxxmuscle.com/cjproducts.htm (http://www.maxxmuscle.com/cjproducts.htm) I could be seriously wrong on that though, so maybe try a search engine for womens posing suits, and if you see her name and maxx muscle, go there... she can help.

I am competing in the Heart of Texas show. I am planning on entering Women's Masters (light weight) Women's novice and Figure. I am currently at 121#'s with 8.5% body fat. I am really cut looking on my upper body...always have been. My lower body looks good...but not good enough for stage. I need to get more striations. For a small woman...yes, I am very muscular. If I do not watch out I can get real manly looking in my upper body. My cutting diet start Aug. 1.

A leg program to get cut... Do this fast with little or no rest between sets...(this helped me get my legs cut for my first show)

Lying leg curl 4 sets 18-25 reps

Seated leg curl 3 sets 20 reps (finish with partials for each set)

Standing dumbbell deadlift (quick) 3 sets 20 reps

Leg extension 4 sets doubles 20 reps
3 sets single (vary angle) 10/10/10/10 each set-alternate leg

Leg press 4 sets low weight 20-30 reps

Superset these:(3)
Lunges 10/10/10/10
Dumbbell squat (legs spread wide, feet pointed out, hold one dumbbell with both hands at your center) 25 reps

Giant set (30
Inner machine 30
Outer machine 30
Glute kickback 20/20

Calves
Donkey calf raise 3 sets 15-20 reps
Seated calf raise 3 sets 15-20 reps
leg press calf raise 3 sets 15-20 reps

They're plain and inexpensive. If you get those get V-cut front & Narrow cut back for the bottoms.
One-piece might be tougher to find. Try to get something cut high and open in the stomach area.
Wear your hair down and use your nightclub makeup.
When it comes to Winny it's up to you. I've been told they don't want to see body builders for this category so don't go overboard with muscularity. The most important thing is symmetry.
