A friend of mine is getting ready for a BB show and was wondering if you guys had any tips to keep you from screwing up the last couple days before the show especially between the morning and evening show.

Needs to know about diet, water, any supplements, or anything would be helpful...

there is a bunch of good posts on this subject already on competitor's corner...all you have to do is a search for "Pharm Animal" and "water manipulation".....go and take a peek, they're not too hard to find

I agree with the above statement.I have seen many great physiques ruined by last second tricks that usually end up backfiring.Everyone seems to have a favorite "peaking" process,however,different things work for different people.In general,the days before one should be controlling water intake,sodium intake,and manipulating carb intake.Also,many find a natural(or not) diuetic of use.Its hard to give specific recommendations without a visual ,however.Wish your friend luck!

Thanks but this is his first contest and he doesn't really know what to do as far as last minute things to not ruin his physique like coming in flat or smooth and so forth..

Hey Juice Junkie...can't you give your friend some advice?Anyway,just tell him to eat clean,drink plenty of distilled water,and practice the mandatory poses.If he is in good shape than basically he shouldn't change much.HE should also use Taraxatone for a few days b4 the show to drop a little water.

Actually GoPro I am more on the powerlifting side and haven't done a contest either so I wouldn't be much help to him. But thanks for the advice I'll pass it on to him...
