I have been trying this for quite some weeks now, was curious if anyone else has tried it/looked at it and given it a try? Seems like i have been getting significant gains from it. Curious what other people had to say.

well i restarted this program after a week of light high rep exercise to give my CNS a rest.
Shoulders is Phase1. Today consistd of
Over head press from pins above head. 3 sets of 3.
High Incline Barbell Press.
6 sets of 3
Push press 3 ratchet sets
1rep,3rep = 1 ratchet set.
then followed by a Max Rep, reduce load by 20% after workout and then crank out as many as possible.
