Okay, I am approximately 11 weeks out. I am still trying to gain some. My partner and I figure since I drop weight so quickly I should not start cutting till August. I will start back with cardio then too. He has done shows before, but this is my first time out. I have been posting my cycle diary in the other section. I am still worried about my quads and gluts with the residual fat deposits. I am going to order some Yohimbine at the beginning og August. I guess I really just want/need some advise or guidlines. I am getting nervouse. I like to win but I am also realistic since this is my first show I really just want to have fun with it and do well..... so I can be better prepared for next time. I am planning on entering Women's Masters (lightweight) and Figure. I am hovering just below 120#'s with 9% - 9½% body fat. My goal is 115#'s with 5% body fat for competition.I have received such wonderful help from this board so far and I appreciate all of it. I cannot begin to express how much I have learned here..... also the realization of how much more I still need to learn! Thanks!

I am 5'02" tall, I am 39 years old, as of Friday July 13th I weighed 118#'s at 9% body fat. I have blonde hair and hazel eyes I am small boned and before body building I was referred to as rather delicate and fragile...till I open my mouth and then people realized there is nothing delicate or fragile about me..... now I get referred to as buff and hot, which really amuses me to no end... since I do not see myself that way. How much more info do you gentlemen want...... as for pictures I want to wait till just before the competition, hopefully I will look more like I want to by then...tee...hee...hee... yes Pharm Animal I am trying to have fun with this, and even though I take my training quite seriously I still really cannot take the competition aspect without a wee bit of humour........... (excuse all spelling mistakes)
Helga, what is the date of your show? I'm exactly 11 weeks out... Mine is Sept 29th, you doing the same weekend also!? /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Thats awesome!
I am also worried about my fat deposits. They're going away but I'm paranoid about these things anyways. lol. I've been on Nolvadex for the past few weeks and am seeing lots of results. Not sure if its from the Nolva or more from the cardio? But could be worth a try for you? Just a thought.
How much food are you taking in per day? Give us some details /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif I'm interested!!
Good luck!

Helga it is healthy to find humor in competition and the only way to be if you take it too seriously you will get hurt because the best condition does not always win *fact keep up the hard work!

Great to see yet another competitor on here.Sounds like you are doing very well and you have a teriffic attitude. There is a topical cream out there called Lipoburn from S.A.N that is real good at helping to get rid of fatty deposits on lower body.It contains yohimbe, coleous forksholi, usnic acid, and one more ingredient that I can't seem to remember at this moment. That, along with cardio, proper leg training, and a controlled low carb diet should go a long way. Also,I always feel that it is better to be ahead of the game in terms of hardness. If you are ready a week or two out you will have less stress and less tendency to make irrational adjustments last minute that hurt your physique in the end.I wish you tons of luck.Keep us posted. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Hi AJ...the exact date of the show I want to do is September 22nd. I stay paranoid about lower body fat deposits....I believe most women do...hee...hee...hee. I am getting approximately 2300 calories a day. Some days are a wee bit lower and some higher depending on my training schedule for the day. I have been keeping my ratios at 10% fat 50% protien and 40% carbs. If I am training heavier and harder I up the carbs, if I am on a light day I lower the carbs and up the protien. So far it seems to be working. I am constantly tweaking my diet so it is hard to be exact. For me if I do not change it around my body becomes to acustom to what I am injesting, way too quickly. I am always hungry though, I have a really fast metabolism. I am getting rather excited about the cutting. It will be interesting to see and feel how my body reacts to it. Gosh...I will REALLY be hungry during this phase! I also drink a gallon to a gallon and a half of water everyday.... I'm always running to the loo...... hehehehehehe... Thanks for the info gopro about the lipoburn. I have been reading about it some already.

We have that Lipoburn at our store BTW and if you add the topical yohimbine it is very potent. It will get at those problem areas gopro mentions.
