hey there anabolic gladiators,
as of now, i have been off my cycle for the past 5 weeks. my starting weight was about 230 at 17-18% before the cycle. on the week ending the cycle i was at 223 and 10%. i did not us clomid, and opted for arimidex instead to come off the cycle. i must say i'm quite pleased with the results of it, as my testes seem to have as much function as before the cycle.
currently, i stand at 207-209 and estimate my bodyfat to be somewhere between 8-10%. i have lost a fair amount of water after the cycle, as my wrists and stomach tell me the story...but i have also lost some muscle, which was inevitable.
i have been running and rucksack marching to develop my cardiovascular system for my job, as it is necessary for me to be in top army shape as an infantry leader. i am still quite strong, but have noticed some slips in strength. but such is the nature of my tradeoff for more cardio conditioning.
eventually, i am hoping my body will settle in to a nice natural state, landing in the 8-10% bodyfat level at around 195-200 lbs. i like to stay a bit lighter because it puts far less stress on my joints during daily activities that my job involves.
"NATURAL??? wait a minute, did PA say natural???"
it looks like i will be going the natural route for a while. it will be tough, but at the same time will be good to see how my body will react and where i am in a natural state. i am predicting that my bodyshape and natural muscle mass has changed for the better due to my experiences with AAS use. but only time will tell. i'll be sure to keep you all informed.
