Yup all here is going pretty good I'm down to 126lbs and currently at these body fat readings:
upper arm= 5%
waist=5%
thigh=13%
How's this? Should I start Novaldex or Proviron?(I have Proviron on hand but I can get the Nolvadex). My primo is at 100 mg week and I'm doing the T3 at 100mcg/day(no bad effects,seems like it's not even working!) /infopop/emoticons/icon_redface.gif
I'm taking in about 1500kcals day 200+grams protein,50-70 grams carbs,25-35 grams fat. I'm going to up my cardio to 1 hour/day for the next three weeks(I've been doing just 30-40 mins/day).Poseing practice is starting on monday and will do every evening for 30 mins until show day.Well that's all for now...Great to be back!
