Ok so I couldn't think of a name for a log but I wanted to start one. Today is my day off so I have plenty of time to kill. My goals are to drop fat and gain lean muscle mass. I have a good muscle base from years of lifting. I dream of the day I have a 6 pack! Anywho, I'll try and post up my workouts daily. Feel free to critique as needed.

What's your plan going to be to reach your goals?
Good luck :)

Sorry, forgot about those. Some of you may remember me, I used to be on this board as DragonWolf but when I tried to sign in it said I did not exist so I had to re-register.

goals are to decrease bf% (not sure where it is at right now but will be tested soon) and gain muscle mass
high school/college athlete. I have been lifting weighs for 20 years. I have had to take some time of recently due to orthopedic surgeries. I plan to do cardio daily with a solid lifting plan working 2 muscles groups per day. I will take 1 day off per week from lifting (most likely Sunday). My diet is good right now keeping my calories around 2500.
Any other questions please ask.
