I can get this stuff here in Mexico. The molecular weight is 250 000. I think Duchaine said that above 400 000 would not be good for competion. From what I know this stuff would work for 8-16hrs I'm not sure about that and the dosage would be 12ml/lb. And so someone weighting at 250lbs would be using 3000mL !!! Three liters? I'm not thinking in using this stuff anytime soon. But I just wanted to know what you guys know about good plasma expander not the usual glycerol stuff.

Hespan is to long acting its molecular weight is 400,000-500,000 and so It would stay working like weeks or so and then I think pentaspan is the perfect choice cause it works in a matter of a day. But I don't have a lot of knowledge on that.I'll check it out though. What I know is that the price of pentaspan is i think about $35 for 500mL. I surely could do some experiments

I think Dan duchaines' book BodyOpus has some good info on Plasma Expanders. And as far as I know hespan is what supposedly the pros use. That dosen't say a whole lot , a quicker acting drug is usually more predictable so maybe there is something to using pentaspan.
