ok.......ive been on a gram of enanthate and dbol for 8wks now (tornel t-200)
now ive dropped the dbol and am running a mild 500mg/wk of primoteston-d.......my question is this.

my stats are 5'6 @216lbs....12% according to my skin fold measurements.

my goal is to really restrict calories.......no more than 1500/day and eat roughly 200-250g protein as im a fan of zero-carb whey protien prods......

is this a dosage of anabolics sufficient to spare my LBM and preserve what ive achieved while dropping bodyfat and lowering my adidpose tissue levels? i have test, boldenone, dbol, drol, tren, sust, prop, arimidex, proviron, clomid, h.c.g, t-3, clen and nolva on hand.........

i had planned to run 500mg of primotest to see how i respond to it over the t-200.......is the dosage to low?

also......i plan on utilizing tren and t-3 the final 4-6wks and am awaiting the results of DPSO and my batch of the spanish oxandrolone which fonz is testing for us and we will post the results.....

any advice would be helpful.........and much appreciated......

in solidarity

That is NOT enough protein or calories to lose bodyfat, you will end up losing muscle and making your metabolism slow down.

I'm in a precontest diet and as a female also I'm taking in more food than that...

I'm 5'4, 145 lbs about 11% bf and taking in:
257g protein
138g carbs
17-20g fat

You need some carbs bc your muscles will need then even while dieting. As for protein that needs to be upped big time also, you could easily be going around 2g of protein per lb of weight... Just up how much cardio you're doing. Are you doing any??? Are you prepping for a show?

if anything.......ill up the test to 750mg/wk.......but im sticking to this diet! fina a test......i should not lose LBM. my training is intense and my knowledge of nutrition is excellent.

thanx for the input.......anyone else...

Yeah, what AJ said. All the gear in the world will not protect your muscles from silly crash diets. There is no reason to go below 10 cals per lb (and that's pretty darn low for most folks). You need to either go fully ketogenic (ie lots of fat and moderate protein), or increase your protein or carbs to get you to 2200-2500 cals. Why do you want to restrict your calories so much? Are you trying to prepare for a show with too little time? What %bf are you aiming for and how long do you have to get there?

That isn't enough calories to support the muscle mass in yor pinkie finger. No amount of AS will spare muscle without adequate nutrients, which 1500 calories surely isn't at your size. I suggest no lower than 2800-3000. Most people I have seen go way too low on the calories expecting it to drop fat faster. All they loose is lean body mass. Thier metabolisms stop and they loose no fat. They end up flat and very weak. Not a good situation when you relize this three weeks out from a show. For competitive purposes your planed diet is dangerous. Not neccessaraly to health, but to muscle mass...and you might need some of that come show day:) You have to be patient with it. I'm sure you know that. 1500 calories will not maintain muscle mass. Like AJ said, it's not even enough for a 130 pound female.
