Yours truly the oldlifter50 will be embarking on his new post railroad career as a personal trainer. This will be both at Strouds and at the newest entry into the Metroflex franchise. Mid cities Metroflex in Bedford. Place opens May 1 and I will be on board June 1.

Best of luck OL. I'm sure you will be a great trainer and inspiration to your trainees. I go to TX a few times a year on business... mostly Austin and Houston... if I get to DFW, I'll look you up. I always hit random gyms while on the road.
