I have been reading this board to find answers to all my questions about competing. Now thanks in part to all the information here I have accomplished my first goal, and I will be posting here more often with questions of my own. My goal was to win the Midwest Regional Figure Championship and do it my first time out. Yesterday I did that. Now that I have my first trophy I will be going to NYC to win the Nationals. The show I won qualifies me. I missed the photographer between the morning and evening shows so I have no individual pics to post. But I will get the ones from the stage and post those when I get them. See you on the board.

Way to go!!! I know women's competition is very tough mentally because of the extreme dieting you must do compared to men. That's great you accomplished your goal. I hope you kill'em in New York. How long do you have to prep?
