There are lots over 50 here and OldLifter recently turned 60 and is still competing. We're not getting older... we are getting better.

40's are good years. You should know who you are and what you like by now. Still a little wild, but you start to calm down some. People used to call that mellowing. Enjoy them.

Next thing you'll be saying is I can't believe I lived to be 50. 50's are better. The kids are gone and you can be a little more selfish and enjoy yourself and your partner if you have one. There is no reason you can't look like you are 40 when you're 50. Keep training. Now you won't feel like 40 though:)
