Good Luck bro!
I still have a couple lbs to lose to be cut enough. Upper body is nice but legs are still a little soft.
I am lowering calories to 30z of Cooked Chicken Breast per day only and upping the cardio to 2 hours per day.
I may up the T3 to 100mcg for the last coule days.
Either way I already look better than last year and I have 15lbs of extra lean body mass.
If it's not hard it's not worth doing...

are you fucking insane? you'll end up looking string-bean. i would not try to play catchup at this point, you've lost as much fat as you're gonna lose....go with the original plan, and get these mind games out of your head!!!
(with the amount of work you did, you probably already look fucking fantastic!)
take care,

Remember I have to make weight so I must lose a couple pounds regardless.
This morning I was 178.5lbs and I am very carb depleted since I am on a chicken only diet.
Anyway I know when I do a good carbup I gain about 5lbs.
So say I gain 5lbs and get to 183.5lbs then I have to lose 7.5lbs to make weight.
I know for sure that I can drop 4-6lbs of water in the last 24-48 hours but I still need to lose 2-3 lbs in the next week.
I could however wait until after the weigh in to carb load but that would require insulin and a ton of simple carbs and I only have 1.5 hours before I step onstage.
My body is looking the best it's ever been so no matter where I place I already have my victory.
My upper body is pretty impressive but the legs are still soft. Calipers are still around 10mm /infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
Veins in abs, chest, delts and starting to get the christmas tree in my back if the legs could just drop down... they are improving on a daily basis though.

Yes sir! PA sir /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
You are right. Even though my legs aren't ready they won't improve drastically in one week.
So I will just sit back and see what happens. 90% of the work is done I just need take it one day at a time.
My legs are not making me feel bad they are motivating to stay leaner off season and start dieting well in advance next time. You learn by your mistakes right.

Sit tight bro and stick with the game plan. MANY competitors don't see their legs in their full glory until just before they step on stage. You'll look great on the day gopro so just chill and keep drinking that water....yummmm!
