Thermorexin gets the edge in fat burning and appeitite.
Cardio Breeze gets the edge in cardio assistance by opening up your lungs more.
But yes, they are very close

from a general population standpoint they are fairly equal in "lipolytic potential" (fat burning, metabolism boosting). Obviously due to ingredient differences some subpopulations will tend to respond better to one or the other (lipolysis wise). Since appetite suppression can be a big factor in fat loss, especially for people with appetite issues... one generally has to give a nod (more significant in some cases than others) to thermorexin for overall lipolytic (fat burning/fat loss) potential.

when it comes to AM cardio, empty stomach or just a bit of fructose to reglycogenate the liver, most people prefer using cardio breeze.

if I took 1 Trex in the morning, is it a bad idea to take two cardio breeze (from the sample I received) before doing cardio (about 30-40 minutes after taking Trex)?

would just go with 1, if that close together. But many people will be fine with that. if you are somewhat tolerant to the thermorexin its probably fine. If 1 thermorexin is kind of strong, would definitely just go with one

I take 1 t-rex and 1 CB before my training in the a.m. Works wonders!

You have to remember though I have a semi-iron clad stomach. I don't get queasy with T-rex on empty. Some folks do, hence the suggestion to have something to eat with it.

sure, got it. yea today's my first day easing my way into the ufr w/sesapure kit. I woke up, took 1 Sesapure, 1 GMC multivitamin, 1 fish oil serving, 1 glucorrel-r, and my inhalers. Waited 10 minutes to eat 2 hard-boiled eggs and a banana WITH Trex. Then waited 30 minutes, took Levorex, waited about 60 minutes, took glucorrel-r, and ate lunch. :)
