i plan on doing 2 more quality gain (NOT BULK) cycles until the diet starts. i would like to hear some feedback from you guys as to any ideas you might have to improve my chances to win this next show. mind you, i will be competing a long time from now (11 months approx.) and have plenty of time to set everything up the way i want it.

i plan on being 10% bodyfat upon commencing this cycle.

NOTES:

**schedule revolves around how many weeks out i am from the show**

**all amounts in mg/wk, unless specified**

androgen mgs/week=1700

lipolysis catalysts:

clen, adipokinetics, yohimbine, T3, and possibly DNP, but not sure how DNP will affect my training and energy levels; still need to determine a sensible dosing schedule for these compounds

recovery: starting on monday after the show, 14 days of clomid while continuing arimidex at 1/2 mg EOD....nolvadex contingent upon edematic swelling upon seizure of clomid therapy

have at it, brothers and sisters...thanks

Looks great!

I wouldn't change a thing. Apart from taking out the primo since it's so expensive but if you can afford it...

You are doing good not going over 10% offseason that is something I will do from now on.

Also no more "bulking" for me.

On a cycle I will up calories to 18 x bodyweight but not more. You can't force feed growth of lean body mass.

If it's not hard it's not worth doing...

Looks good pharm. As drexx said, good move on staying lean before cycle.I feel this is one of the most important aspects of successful competing. What show will you be doing if you don't mind saying?Regardless,I wish you luck at every step right up to your eventual victory! /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

gopro....it's the Emerald Cup in Bellevue, WA

planning on ending up in the heavyweights, but that could easily become light-heavy because the correct contest weight is dependent on so many things. i'm not shooting for a weight (as i will not weigh myself at all during the precontest period), but i'm rather shooting for a look. i'll be going by mirror and calipers the whole time.....this way i will avoid the head games that come with scales /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
