Update to my pec tear..little pain,just more uncomfortable..but arm trembles

Under weight my arm trembles when I put it under stress (on the side that I ripped my pec...)
Nerve damage?
Any ideas how to fix this?
I'm flat broke, no insurance, basically no job my income is very limited

Damn bro, I am sorry about your situation....as for the arm, I don't know, maybe the arm is weak and the stress is causing it to shake?

ya dont be a salesman when everyone is broke...lol but its all i know..went from 12,000 months to 1,000 months..enough to pay rent and buy a couple packs of chicken..lol

was just throwing that in so i didnt get see a doc...cause its completely impossible at the moment...

i really am not sure what to do...i use very limited weight.. i stayed off it for a few months now..i hit it once a week or 10 days and i do only flat bench 3 sets of 8 ,incline 3 sets of 8, flys 3 sets of 6...all moderate weight..i dont really struggle with anything..,just want to keep it in use really

Bro, can you goto a county hospital? They have to see you even if you are broke with no insurance.

i went to the hospital already...they did a xray but couldnt see anything..they oculd only feel the deformity by using touch... they referred me to a specialist for a scan but i dont have insurance or 6000 for it... so i been just letting it heal on its own...been 2.5 months now..pain is gone..just a bit of uncomfotableness when i lift...main thing is the trembling..its very weird

thanks...my lifting has been downhill the past two years...torn rotator 18 months ago last 9 months...now this..lol gonna end up in a wheel chair

It could be from general weakness after time off. This is a hard case over the net. I think I mentioned before, if they could palpate a tear that is obviously a more serious tear. Any chance you remember where they said the tear was, from the bone or more into the muscle?

Was the tear on the same side as the rotator cuff tear?

You should also make sure to do the same sort of rehab on the side of the pec tear as you did for the rotator tear in regards to rotator and scapulae work and ROM.
