At what dosages and at what times of day do you use the lipo and ecay?

I take 2 lipos three times a day and the E/A with it. The E is 50mg each time with a regular strength asprin. I drink 14 cups of coffee throughout the day. The Yo I add in the AM topically. It's 68 deg in here and I can't wear a shirt without sweating all over it.

i don't think my body would be able to function in hawaii heat with 6 lipo's a day....egad!

It does get pretty warm and I'd like to add you don't just take all that the first day. You have to ramp up to those doses over 3-4 days.
