in optimum conditions (meaning you prepared correctly and are lean enough), tuesday for a saturday show is when you should drop all cardio and even depletion workouts, to give the muscles a chance to regain volume. but this all depends on if you are correctly prepared for the show. all that you should be doing 4-5 days out and beyond is some light flexing and posing....mainly to keep the muscles conditioned to hit poses smoothly and effortlessly....do not kill yourself with hard posing 2-3 days out. good luck!
take care, PA

"Also, I had my last leg workout 10 days out." -FC
FC, good point. i do my last leg workout 10-12 days prior to the show also. it's a good amount of time for letting the quads fully recover and "size back up" properly. take care, PA
