ok here is my water/salt/carb load stategy.

WATER.....saturday thru wednesday 3 gallons/Day
.....thurday one gallon per day
.....friday 1/4 gallon..just sip really

SALT
.....sunday thru wedn night salt all chicken breasts.
.....thurday-saturday no salt.

CARBS
.....sunday thru wednsday, zero carbs
.....thursday 500grams of white potatoes
.....friday 200grmas of sweet potatoes

I was going to take one half tab of dyazide/maxzide(same drug. triamtere + hydrochlorothiazide) at noon on friday and then the 2nd half at 6pm on friday.
will this be enough..or should i just forget it all togther.
will be using 2000mg of potassium per day for 7 days out from the show.

Looks good to me, except I would change a few things.

First, on friday, cut the water to 8 oz the whole day.

Second, dont salt your chicken, if you want to do the sodium thing, eat tuna & chicken--the tuna has salt without adding actual salt to your food.
If you decide you are still going salt your food, switch to distilled water the day you cut your salt on to show time.

Third, sun to wed, have minimal carbs, not 0 carbs. Try doing 50 gms from greens. When you carb load, use sweet potatos not white. You may want to use a bit less then 500 on thursday, that sounds high to me. Take in what you feel you need on friday.

All in all you sound good, those are just the changes I'd consider.

Heres what I did.....

Monday--2 gallons water,low carb(50-60 gms form broccoli only), sodium(normal, used chicken, tuna & eggwhites as protein sources, as these are the highest sodium protein sources, esp. the tuna---but I didn't add any extra salt to my food)
Tuesday--2 gallons water,low carb(50-60 gms broccoli),soduim same as monday
Wednesday--2 gallons water,low carb(50-60 gms broccoli),sodium same as monday
Thursday--2 gallons water(was recommended to use distilled to flush out the sodium and make the sodium depleting more effective,but decided against it because I was going to use a diuretic) ,high carb(yams, 250 gms), sodium deplete(protein only fom turkey), use diuretic(dyaczide)
Friday--8 oz water,(again, recommended my person to use distilled but didnt)high carb,(yams, 300+ gms) sodium deplete(turkey), hit sauna
Saturday(*SHOW*)--3 oz water, carbs & simple sugars....yams, applesauce, jeely, honey, etc.
