I am currently about 207 lbs at 6'3" and I have no idea what my bodyfat is but I estimate 15-20% or so. I am currently eating 6 meals a day, about 220-250 grams of protein and I adjust my carb intake according to how I feel, generally 200 grams. I take a tbsn of flax and GLA a day and try to keep other fats at a minimum. I am eating a little bit of wheat bread, but mainly rice and plain oatmeal as my carbs and I have cut out MRP's except after a workout. So far I dropped from 242 post bulking cycle down as low as 205 but my body is fighting to maintain 215. I dropped quite a bit of muscle as well so I changed up my supplementation to 400mg of cypionate and 400mg of nandrolone.

This weight loss has occured over the past 5 months and has been very slow and painful. I stopped loosing for a while so I upped my cardio quite a bit. I am now lifting weights 3 days a week and doing either 45min on the bike or 2 hours of basketball 5 days a week. My problem now is that I get dizzy sometimes and have trouble completing a thought. If I feel really bad I can eat as little as 5 jelly beans and suddenly feel like a new man. What can I do? I am open to any suggestions but I will say that a keto diet only makes these hypoglycemic symptoms much worse. I would like to step on stage one day if I can ever figure out how to drop fat and maintain muscle. I always loose about half fat and half muscle. /infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif

I appreciate your help.

are you doing a show? if you are, please elaborate on your diet and traing more, as well as how many weeks out you are.

if not, i would suggest posting this to the main discussion board...you'll most likely get more responses over there.

sorry i didn't answer many of your questions...good luck bro

take care,
