Anyone used this method of training before?
I was thinking of doing something like this..with the fst-7 at the end of the workout.
For example..
Chest
Flat bench 110kg 7reps, 15s rest. 110kg 3reps. 15s rest. 110kg 2reps. Thats one working set.
Thanks

I recommend DC Training. You will get stronger and bigger if you're eating enough.
As for the example you used, I wouldn't stick to a set number of reps for each rest pause set. You should do as many reps as possible for each set and let the numbers fall wherever they fall. Ideally, you'll want to get a TOTAL of 10-15 reps for your main movements (like bench press). Once your total surpasses 15, you move up in weight. Remember to focus on the negative on each rep.
For exercises that don't mesh well with rest-pausing (like squats, deadlifts and BB rows), your main set should be 4-8 reps and after an adequate break, your next set should be 8-12 reps.
