I have been lurking for a long time and I enjoy reading the posts; very informative. I have been a veg for 8 years, I do consume eggs and dairy, but nothing with a face. I have a fitness show July 27, and I am trying to pull a diet together now and it is hell! I don't gain very easy, I am actually on the skinny side now, 5'8 132. My body fat is 16%,
I am currently eating:
2 MRP a day, 2 whey protein shakes a day, a bar if I'm hungry (always), egg whites,cheese (mozz)
soy protein (veggie burgers, etc)
I eat a bag of frozen green veg every day, a salad, oatmeal, rice cakes and brown rice for carbs
flax seed oil, natural peanut butter, olive oil for fats.
I am always hungry, I crave junk and carbs all the time. I Cheat like a crazy Motha Trucka once a week!
I have a 7 month old, I train about 25 sessions a week with clients, and teach 2-3 aerobic classes weekly. I train with weights 5 days a week, splitting bodyparts, cardio is 20 minutes of running (6.0 mph) 5 times a week; sprinting and obstacle course drills 2-3 times weekly. Needless, to say I am busy!!!
I feel as if I am always eating, and I am barely able to maintain the muscle I have. As far as supplements, I am going to begin creatine this weekend, I plan on taking clen 8 weeks out. I am entertaining winstrol, but I've had a bad experience on primo which has made me a little nervous about AS. Lots of sides. /infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif I don't want the man in the boat to grow anymore, if you know what I mean.
