People,

What can I do for my fat legs.

I was 8.73% bodyfat on Monday morning and my legs skin fold still measures a ridiculous 17.5mm...

The rest of my body is comming along fine it's just my damn legs that have me worried.

Last year I got to 5% bodyfat and all measurements where between 3-6 except for the quads which where 10mm on contest day /infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

I know this is where I store most my fat and there is nothing I can do about it.

Any tips???

Right now I am taking 25mg of Clomid ed with 10mg of Nolva ed as anti-e's and I feel this can help with my lower body fat.

I am also taking 15mg of Yohimbine with 200mg of Caffeine before my morning cardio.

I now started wearing long pants while doing the cardio to keep the legs warm and the fat "soft" so it is available for energy. Also it will help me lose some water in the legs.

I am starting T3 for the last 6 weeks starting this saturday it will be 3 weeks at 25 then 50-75 for the 3 weeks preceding the contest.

I have 28 provirons for the last 2-3 weeks and I will add more nolva this should help along with a diuretic the last couple days before the show.

Do you think using the sauna or preparation-H with saran wrap while tanning will help me this far out?

What else can I do???

If it's not hard it's not worth doing...

Are you sure you are pinching fat---as I am sure you already know, water will also keep your skinfold #s higher---also, depending on the persons ability to do it properly, they may even be pinching muscle.

How do you think you look, numbers aside....

I think the diuretics & ppep H & thimucase should be used only in the last days prior tot he contest.

Keep the cardio up & see how the T3 works for you!
I am sure we will get some more opinions here.

The same person as been doing my bodyfat for atleast 1 year.

I really don't think he is pinching muscle /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I know its a combo of water and fat.

My quads have never ever been shredded always very massive but never very lean. It's my weak point for cuts.

If it's not hard it's not worth doing...

Well, once you do manage to bring the bf levels down, I have found great ways to bring out cuts & seperation....anytime you are standing, anytime you are resting in between sets, anytime you can swing it, try this....stand with heels together & toes pointed outward, putting all your weight on your outer heel area, bend your knees, and pressing them almost outward, tense your legs & flex your quads & hams.... do this for periods of time, and do reps anytime you can, and it will really help bring out your seperation & definition.
