I tried this recipe today and it is nice. Makes for a very good light breakfast.

Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 banana, small
4 oz water
2 T agave
2 T yogurt, fat free plain

Method
Combine all ingredient into a blender.
Use high or liquefy setting and blend until all berries completely 'mashed.'

I wonder what the macro breakdown on that is. Loads of sugar.

I do something similar time to time. Escpecially when im using IGF during a bulk.

I use about 1-2cups frozen mixed fruit....2 scoop whey (vanilla or strawberry), a few icea cubes, and some apple juice and water

The recipe sounds so refreshing, I have a good recipe that would be a perfect partner for that smoothie :)

Pikelets with Caramelized Banana Recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 cup self raising flour.
* Pinch of bicarbonate soda.
* 1 egg.
* 1 tablespoon golden syrup.
* ¾ cup reduced fat milk.
* 1 banana, sliced.
* ¼ cup golden syrup, extra.
Method:
1.Sift flour and bicarbonate soda into bowl. Mix together egg, milk and golden syrup, stir well to combine. Add to flour mixture and whisk well until smooth.

2. Heat non stick fry pan over low heat. Grease pan with cooking spray, Drop tablespoonfuls of mixture into fry pan and cook until bubbles rise to the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown. Set Aside.

3. Heat small pan over low heat, add extra golden syrup and heat until melted. Add banana to syrup and cook until caramelized (brown in color).

4. Serve spooned over pikelets.
