Sounds good. Personally I'd go with frech onion and fresh parsley  And you'll think I'm nuts, but grapes and cashews would be a great addition as well (I have a curry cookbook with a very similar recipe).

I actually thought about the onion/parsley, but it was late and I didn't have fresh parsley and didn't feel like chopping an onion and had both of the other on hand. I hear what you are saying about them though, the next time I make it I will be using fresh. I have always had a problem with grapes and nuts in my food.......I don't know what it is, I love them by themselves but in my head it just seems like they shouldn't be there. I have tasted them in food before and I just felt like some law was being violated. lol
I am opened minded though, the next time I make it I will add some to a small portion to try it out, I think maybe I just need to taste the right recipe.
