The water, carb, & sodium manipulation this week will make all the difference in dialing me in properly, regarding the water loss, etc.

Thanks for all the support guys...I am on day #3 of my low carbing-tomorrow I begin carb loading-also today I am cutting my sodium, as well as tomorrow. Friday I will introduce sodium but cut water....I will also hit dyaczide Thurs PM, and Friday, and hit the sauna also on Friday, so I should be totally dry. keeping my fingers crossed....

PS..Astral Fitness--Nope, not from there, & Got Wood, its the state show, a national qualifier.
