I know Ive seen several threads on this topic but Id like to see some feedback again, please. Im struggling with my workouts at the moment and I need to invest in something to give me some pep. What is everyone using?

50mg Ephedrine + 400mg caffeine

and

25mg Yohimbe HCL + 400mg caffeine

I chug about 12oz of strong drip coffee 15 minutes before I lift. I'm pretty sensitive to stimulants so it doesn't take much for me.

Are you taking these together or on seperate occasions? I think I saw a pill that had 25 or 27mg ephedra, caffein and also the yohimbe hcl.

I drink alot of coffee but its just not doing it at the moment. I def need something with more kick in tha balls.

I can't tolerate EPH + YOH at the same time.

I take yoh + caffeine in the AM before cardio, then EC 3-4 hours after followed by another EC 4 hours after that.

1-2 bronkaids (can buy at the pharmacy) and either a 16oz energy drink or a big cup of coffee (though caffeine pills would be cheaper).

With all the stuff Ive done over the years, Ive never tried adderall. Maybe Ive been missing out?

I saw the threads about this in the other forum and Im not familiar with them either. Do you need a script or just your id?

Just ID. Don't go buying it by the case and you should be fine :D

Though I'm not sure how things are down in TX. Here in IL you can't buy any supps w/ ephedra but bronkaid's OK. I think in some states you can still buy things like ECAs in capsule form OTC, but I don't know for sure.

My heart starts doing all kinds of weird things and I feel very, very weird. I can't do cardio like that.

Every supplement site I've gone to has that map where they tell you which states have it banned, and which states they can ship to. I live in a state where there are no EPH sales allowed.

But it seems that buying bronkaid is ok. I e-mailed them a scan of my ID and got 2 boxes of it. (The limit at the store I bought them at is 2/day of the 60 tabs or 6 a month)

I'm super happy to be able to get EPH again tbh. The new "herbal" versions are bloody awful. (No kick to them at all)

Thanks guys. Im not possitive about the availability of it in TX. Im gonna have to see if I can buy the pill or if I just need to go to pharmacy and get the bronkaids. So I would just ask for them buy name? And how much do they run?

It's called Bronkaid, and it's sold as something to help open up bronchial tubes for those with bronchitis. I wanna say a box of 60 is like $12. You get them from the pharmacist.

Cardio Breeze, I take 2 before my cardio or anytime I need a pick me upper. I love it. You can get it from the AF store.

2 Jet Fuels, and occasionally a Red Bull or Redline. Works great.
