I will be competing in my first ever BB show this August. I am trying to get a jump start on planning ahead. Right now, I am 5'7 205 lbs at about 17%. I will be competing as a middleweight (under 176). My goal is to come in completely shredded and hard as a rock. I have a pretty good idea of how to diet as I will be getting help from an experienced competitor in my gym. (He is going to do the show also, and we are going to train together).
What I need help with is putting together a precontest cycle without spending a whole hell alot of cash. I know I will be doing Winny and Fina together for 6 weeks right up until show time at 50mg ed and 76mg eod. I will also be alternating ECA and Clen throughout the 12 week diet. What else would you guys recommend? Keep in mind that I am on somewhat of a limited budget. Thanks in advance for all replys. /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Some things that I would consider learning alot about would be for one Yohimbine, and the effects that it has on the alpha2 receptors. L-Tyrosine would benefit the ECA stack. Something else to look into would be phenylpropanolamine. You could possibly replace that with the ephidrine.

if money is an issue drop the winny. its just so expensive, especially for 6 weeks.
use;

week 10-1 EQ 400/week,250
week 6-1 fina 100mg EOD
week 4-1 75mg test prop EOD

remember diet and cardio get you ripped. the drugs help to preserve muscle.

Well, first off, congratulations on making the decision to compete!! /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

A good, cost-effective cycle in my opinion would be fina @ 75 mg eod for 6-8 weeks leading up to the show, 6 weeks of T3 pyramiding up and down from 25 mcg/day to 100 mcg/day, and alternating clen and ECAY for the duration of it...

When you get a good idea of the diet you'll be using, post that, too...

At 17% bodyfat, you do have a ways to go, but you're starting your planning with plenty of time...

How is your diet???

The biggest obstacle is knowing how your body is going to respond to carbing down and then loading and sodium depletion and loading.

Post your regular diet and then your 12 or 16 week show diet.

On a limited budget I would recommending you add test and T3.

Do a 4-6 week T3 cycle for the last weeks before the show. This costs nothing.

If you are doing a 12 week cycle. Take 1000mg of test for the first 6 weeks.

For the last 6 weeks I would add 300mg of Enanthate per week.

Buy plenty of Nolva and Clomid it will help you control the minimal water retention you will have from the TEST.

ECA is almost as good as Clen so don't waste your money there.

If it's not hard it's not worth doing...
