My before and afters

Ok, so I posted these last week but I found one that I you could really see my BEFORE thickness, dam!

anyways, these were lost in the shuffle so I promised Mrs. Croft they would be back:

before well you can tell which one it is, ab shot in december, legs and black bikini are from last month :treadmill:

I have paid my dues in the gym and the clean diet just began back @ the end of september.

as you can tell I have pretty much lost all boobage from the first pic, but that is the price you pay to put on lean mass :clap:

Thanks babes.. them abs right there were made in the kitchen. I eat pretty clean haven't had a cheat meal in 2 weeks and won't be having any for another 9+. When I first cleaned up my diet and made my meals more consistent, they fat just shed like magic.

thanks :kiss:.. protein cookies, I do have a recipe somewhere but I haven't made them. I buy trioplex cookies. You can find them at the vitamin shoppe. I got oatmeal and choc chip. I SWEAR THEY TASTE LIKE REAL COOKIES, oh they even have a brownie, but too much cals for me.
