Well im back to DC training again, ill be doing it for a month or so. Anyway i have to train at Cardinal Fitness now cause my gym closed. I did squats today at 405 and thought i was gonna bend the bar for good. That thing was bouncing so bad like i had 900 on it. Cant wait to see what happens when i do rack deads on friday with 600+..LOL. Also i had to wait for the 1 only squat rack cause some douches had it occupied with bands and they were doing some kind of rotator/shoulder gay shit. I hate that place but there arent any other gyms that close. Just venting:frantic:

I love the World Gym I am at (downtown in the loop). They have a great setup for DC training. I think they may have every hammer strength machine they make, lol. I have modified my routine to throw in some more volume to the basic DC layout.

Good gyms can be hard to find. Depending on where you're at. TSO, I'm glad you told me about World's. I'll be back home in a few months and I didn't know where to go in the Loop.

It's on North Wacker. It's in the river level of one of the towers across the street from the Sears Tower. The great thing for me is that it is between my office and Union Station, so when I head out of town in the evening I hit the gym and don't have to back track once I am done and headed to the train.
The bad part about this gym is, it's closed on Sunday, just like every other buisness in the area.

That's not so bad. I can take Sunday as a cheat day and hit Ann Sather's for breakfast. :coolred:

Don't feel bad - the gym close to my home has absolutely horrid lighting and mirrors. A bodybuilder's worst nightmare!

At least some guy wasn't doing curls in the squat rack. I used to see that when I was in college and it really pissed me off.
