5'9" in the mid to high 220's maybe low 230's. I've been a little sick with this flu bug so I'm not sure. Dropped to the 2 teens for a bit. Unknown BF %.

I think I look small too but figured it was just me being me. Being sick didn't help, I wanted to be 240's this month. Won't happen.

I'm not diggin my scars though, you can make out my pec repairs on the left in the folds of my pec / shoulder area but my hernia scar is terrible! I can see that thing a mile away.
