Well I don't have current pics just yet, but I plan on getting those and/or some measurements this weekend so at that point I will get them all added in here!! Until then you all will just have to deal with boring old workouts and food loggage!! :nod:

Right now I'm not worried about my weight so much, but I would like to be a middle weight, as I think I am too tall to be a light weight... funny to say that I am tall (seeing as how I am 5'5" or so) but standing next to a little 4'10"-5'1" light weight I would wind up looking stringy. If that makes sense :)

Well I am back again! Comp seemed to have come down with a virus the last week so it was at Best buy for a few days and I didn't the patience to post from my bb so I just didn't even bother.
Training and diet been on point, with the exception of some added ff ice cream tonight but it was a high carb day lol so that and some extra cardio were my reasoning for allowing it ha ha!!

Long weekend with little sleep, since we were up at 3 a.m. on Friday to catch our 6 a.m. flight for my little bro's graduation, then was in TX for Friday and Saturday with a repeat of Friday for Sunday. Got back and went straight to the gym of course, then spent the rest of the day chilling.

Finally back to about 75% thanks for asking!!! :kiss:
That weekend from TX left me sick (since I traveled with my mom who was sick) so I had that holding me back all of last week, went to the doc on Friday and it was bronchitis, but got some meds and it finally calmed down over the weekend and has slowly gotten better day by day!! About all thats left is some lingering congestion! :)

Gonna have to come up with a title change as the goals/shows have changed slightly.... (derrr obviously, since Jr. Nats was this last weekend and I wasn't there)
After a very stressful prep of getting what seemed like NO WHERE (at least as far as the scale was concerned) I took a small break for a week or two, upped my cals and backed off cardio in order to get things moving in the RIGHT direction again and it did just that! So, its nice to start seeing progress again and I am back to hitting it hard in prep for Team U!!! North Americans "might" wind up being a possibilty, or a local show so that I can have a warm-up prior to Team U and get used to being on stage again but we'll see how things progress from here on out. Pretty happy with this last couple weeks though... so here we go again!!! :sbt:

I would say my motivation nowadays is just being able to continually push myself to new limits, and keep seeing just what I can achieve. I have always worked hard, but I still don't think I've reached a level of leanness/conditioning that I know I can and THAT is what I want to do this year. Besides that I just like being a good role model, and showing people just what can be done with some hard work and discipline!!

Random mix of whatever I felt like... was kind of feeling dragged down this week (could be attributed to my dear friend TOM as I am usually always weaker then but not sure) so I decided to pretty much make this week a "back-off" week in the gym and then will be taking this weekend off from weights and just doing some light cardio.

I did set a :pr2: during that workout though on the DB sldl's went for the 100's and got it with ease!! :D

Yeah a really good friend of mine actually wanted me to go try the CF regional games that were in NY back in May, just because I was doing CF training 2 x week off season as a way to keep in some cardio.
I am still doing that tri and it is next weekend actually! I can't wait! Thanks for remembering!! :kiss:
