hello.
i've been a fan of ur products for a long bit now, and your bb is a great (and civil) source of information. you guys are about the only people i trust with the stuff i'd put into my body. i religiously take glucorell, green tea, and sesapure not only because i'm a big proponent of natural health (acupuncture, naturopathy, eastern medicine) but also cuz of my craptastic diet.. (hey, i'm a busy student)
i even started my mom on your products.. while she thinks its troublesome, i nag her to take the stuff... especially because she was diagnosed borderline diabetic last year.
i'm 26, and as far as my training and knowledge goes, i'm a noob. other than some martial arts and workouts for recreation, in all honesty i was a total computer game geek for the past few years.
no i wasn't a fatass.
actually, i'm somewhat of a fatass now. but i'm stronger than the former roy so it doesn't matter that i am. :dinner: i started training in the conjugate method this past summer, took a couple months off in the winter for holidays and started again in jan. since then, i gained about 36lbs -going from 154 to 190. i eat like a pig, and while it doesn't help my waist get any slimmer, it helps with recovery. oh yeah, speaking of recovery --redblast helps immensely with recovery... either that or i'm so wired i forget about my soreness from training the day before haha. i'd like to think it's the former.
anyways thank you af. :jumpjoy:
