Im planning my next show. It should be the Mr. Michigan in may. So Im cleaning it up as far as diet goes. I get 420grm protein, 168 carbs and 112 fats. Im doing it all clean right now except for 1 cheat day. My cheat day I eat more but is still mostly clean. Im holding size and fat and legs are getting better. My trainer has me busting ass on legs this year and its working. Starting Feb. Ill do my diet. This time Im gonna be SOOOO much better, cant wait.
