doc says i have a tear, arthritis and cysts in my right ankle area. extremly painfull. got me on oxycontin40mg 3x daily and 2 perocet10mg about 3 times a day to instantly shut down the pain. went in for direct spot injections to try and help the pain but did nothing. should i just accept that im going to have to stick to light weights for now on???

What kind of spot injection did you get? Was it like lido or a corticosteroid?
