Of course, someone who is leaner should notice results quicker I assume, but just putting the general question out there...

I swear the shit amps me up a bit, so I notice it right away, as far as losing fat I think a couple weeks for me to notice.

agreed, give it a few weeks to really notice the difference...although that pine tree scent sure does have a good mental affect after an application.
