Well 3 weeks to go :woot: battling through. I now have 3 injuries :ahh: both calves and back of right shoulder (which I discovered makes back quarter post hard to get properly...:frantic: so hope it settles)
but..anyhoo..here they are :grin:

Coming in, coming in! Right shoulder - ice, anti-inflammatories (but not too much), warmup w/ resistance bands or light weights (i.e. the pink ones) before any upper body and see if you can find a massasge therapist.
And, ahem, very nice tan line there girlie! :elephant:

:naughty: I did a trial run of the spray tan I will be using for my base..next time I will have no tan line I promise :wiggle:
I saw my physio Friday..it isn't as bad as last time because I had been resting it in hope of it settling since the Sunday prior..so he said I can do REALLY light weights (which I did today) and if it doesn't start improving by mid week to come back and see him.

It's all diet now girl and what your body will do what it can when it can. You have enough cardio bunny motivation, but def light weight higher reaps and try to minimize ANY pain, burning, aching etc. If you feel it then stop and move on the next. If your body is healing an injury then chances are it's not doing what we want it to do at the rate you need it to do.
I see the upper came in, the abs are leaning up NICELY, are you so excited, from the side your shape looks so improved, especially the leg cuts, you are really kicking some @$$ with gosh, EVERYTHING you have going on?!?!?!?
I am so proud of you, really I am.
The last two weeks expect some changes in the hammie area, it's about that time.

Looks like yr really startn to tighten up there Croft. Huge improvement vs. last set i saw. Nice work.
