Doing this like Neo since F&N is down(tore my bicep back in june, had surgery changed my routine from powerlifting since I was going to compete to a Bobybuilding routine -previous big 3 lifts were

medial lower bicep full tear. Had my tendons sewn together and re-attached to the forearm bone with 2 titanium pins

I definitely cannot do certain exercises and my arm hurts when doing pull moves so I stop if it really starts to flare up or hurt in general. When I can I use a strap on my right arm when needed.
