Any tips of adding more mass to my side delts...My routine usually consists of one to two presses, upright rows, side lateral raises, front raises, and rear delt work...I obviously dont do all of these movements every time I lift but I do about 80% of em...My form is strict on all shoulder movements, but just want to see if any of you guys have any tips on what else I could do to add the mass I want...Thanks

Maybe to help with suggestions, post up your current "shoulder" routine, or if you do full body workouts, a standard routine, including sets x reps....

What's your height/weight now and how much can you handle on overheads, inclines, and flat bench.

Broad shoulders tend to be genetic, so does the shape of muscles, but muscles can certainly be developed and maximized. What has always worked for me is to train two presses per training cycle (something overhead and usually either flats or inclines) and try to get as good at them as possible. Pressing will develop the shoulders better than anything else. Sometimes if you've got too much clutter in your routine, it takes away from what is actually going to give you probably 95% of your gains (pressing).
