I was on Vieques a couple of years ago. You can take a high-speed catamaran from Fajardo. That trip alone is worth the money, those cats really move. Make very very certain that you plan a trip on a moonless night to the bioluminescent bay on Vieques. It is one of only a couple of that quality in the world.

Yeah I 've been hearing alot about the bay...I looked a couple web sites, but u just know it wont even compare to the real deal!!! How were the conditions when u went? I might just pick up and move with my girl(she has some family there) so any tips about jobs would be awesome. Also any insight to what is accessible over there. someone on the other board said i should take a ferry to another isalnd or something?
